Job Description

The Digital Delivery Leader will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives for our clients. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex projects, especially in the capital markets domain. The leader will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to successful delivery, ensuring that projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.

• Lead and manage digital projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop and implement project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between all project stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project risks, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Manage project resources, including budget, timeline, and team allocation.
• Conduct regular project reviews and progress reports, providing transparent updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous improvement.

• 10-15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on capital markets.
• Proven experience in managing fixed-price projects and transition activities.
• Strong understanding of multi-geographical project coordination and management.
• Technical expertise in .NET, Angular, and cloud technologies is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Experience in agile project management methodologies is an advantage.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with additional certifications in project management being beneficial.
