As a GenAI / Agent Testing Engineer - Senior Associate - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in advancing software and product innovation within our Technology Consulting practice. You will focus on testing and quality assurance, confirming that our solutions meet rigorous standards and deliver value to our clients. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will build meaningful client relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating complexity and anticipating needs to deliver quality solutions.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team within our Managed Services competency network, focusing on Application Evolution Services - Industry and Custom Applications. You will have the opportunity to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, using a broad range of methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities

• Conducting acceptance and automation testing to validate software functionality and reliability
• Collaborating with teams to manage agile product and program development cycles
• Utilizing analytical thinking and problem diagnosis to identify and resolve software defects
• Implementing quality assurance best practices and system architecture for software testing
• Managing test environments and generating test cases to support software quality assurance
• Debugging and troubleshooting software issues to enhance system performance and reliability
• Documenting testing processes and results to maintain transparency and facilitate feedback
• Engaging in AI-human collaboration to optimize testing methodologies and outcomes
• Embracing change and fostering innovation in testing and quality assurance processes
• Applying programming languages and digital tooling to streamline testing operations

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
