Job Description

Alice partners with the world’s leading AI labs and GenAI innovators to help them build safer, more trustworthy models. We’re looking for a GenAI Account Manager to own and grow strategic relationships with top LLM labs, organizations shaping the future of AI.

In this role, you will be the primary business partner to advanced AI teams, helping them succeed leveraging Alice’s AI Safety, Red Teaming, Model Evaluation, and Post-Training Data solutions. You’ll build multi-threaded relationships, drive renewals and expansions, and ensure customers see clear, ongoing value from our work.

You will also stay ahead of frontier-model innovation cycles, emerging evaluation methodologies, and evolving safety risk surfaces, helping customers navigate a rapidly changing GenAI landscape.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and deepen relationships with leading GenAI and LLM lab customers
  • Serve as primary business partner across research, product, safety, and leadership teams
  • Drive renewals and expansions across multiple parallel workstreams
  • Understand customer priorities, technical roadmaps, and safety risks, and align our solutions accordingly
  • Lead business reviews and strategic value conversations
  • Identify whitespace opportunities to grow the partnership
  • Partner internally with Program Architects, Research, Product, and Delivery to ensure flawless execution
  • Advocate for customer needs and ensure long-term success

The salary range for this role is $160-205K OTE - Range may vary based on experience. Salary at the time of offer will be commensurate with experience.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in Account Management, Consulting, Partnerships, or similar roles
  • Experience working with technical or AI/ML-driven customers (required)
  • Technical fluency with LLMs, AI safety concepts, or evaluations (a major plus)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-threaded accounts
  • Proactive, low-ego mindset
