We are seeking an experienced GenAI Solution Architect with 15–26 years of overall experience to lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GenAI architecture, Azure AI Foundry, cloud-native technologies, AI/ML platforms, and enterprise solution design. This role requires a senior technology leader who can translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions while working closely with business, engineering, data, and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for Generative AI applications, intelligent assistants, AI agents, copilots, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of solutions using Azure AI Foundry and the broader Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem.
• Evaluate business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-effective GenAI solutions.
• Define technical architecture across application, data, AI/ML, integration, security, and cloud infrastructure layers.
• Design solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, and model orchestration.
• Establish architectural patterns for integrating GenAI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and existing technology ecosystems.
• Work with engineering and data science teams to move AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts into production-ready solutions.
• Provide technical leadership on model selection, fine-tuning, evaluation, guardrails, observability, performance, scalability, and responsible AI practices.
• Design secure AI architectures addressing identity, access control, data privacy, governance, compliance, and enterprise security requirements.
• Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and recommend appropriate AI architecture and technology approaches.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, solution workshops, and presentations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Define technology standards, reusable architecture frameworks, reference architectures, and best practices for GenAI adoption.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams and provide technical guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI services.
• 15–26 years of experience in software architecture, technology consulting, cloud architecture, AI/ML, or related technology domains.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud and AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, data platforms, and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with AI governance, security, responsible AI, and enterprise data protection.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure OpenAI, AI orchestration frameworks, agentic AI, MLOps/LLMOps, Python, REST APIs, containers, Kubernetes, and enterprise integration platforms will be an advantage.
