Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Lead to drive the strategy, architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions. The role will lead a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and application developers to build innovative solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation technologies.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering AI solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the organization's Generative AI roadmap.
• Identify business opportunities for AI-driven transformation and automation.
• Lead AI initiatives from ideation through implementation and production deployment.
• Partner with business leaders to prioritize GenAI use cases and measure business value.
• Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI practices.

Solution Architecture

• Design enterprise AI architectures using:
• Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama)
• RAG frameworks
• Multi-Agent Systems
• AI Copilots and Chatbots
• Define scalable architecture patterns for AI applications.
• Develop reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, and best practices.

Technical Delivery

• Lead the development of:
• AI Assistants
• Enterprise Copilots
• Knowledge Management Solutions
• Intelligent Document Processing
• Code Generation Solutions
• AI-powered Business Automation
• Oversee model selection, prompt engineering, evaluation, testing, and deployment.
• Drive integration of AI solutions with SAP, Microsoft 365, CRM, ERP, ServiceNow, and enterprise applications.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor GenAI engineers and solution architects.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide architectural guidance.
• Drive innovation through hackathons, PoCs, and AI labs.
• Build AI competency within the organization.

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering enterprise GenAI programs.
• Building AI solutions using Azure OpenAI.
• AI integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, BFSI, or Retail domains.
• Managing distributed global delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-15 years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML or Generative AI experience.
• Azure AI Engineer, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI/ML, or equivalent certifications preferred.
