As a Gen AI & GCP Senior Associate you will focus on designing and building data solutions that help convert raw data into actionable insights within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build client relationships, and mentor junior team members while navigating ambiguity and deepening your technical skills. In this role at PwC, you will develop data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions, while using modern data and cloud technologies to support client service engagements and deliver work that aligns with broader project goals.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions for client engagements
• Developing data infrastructure and analytics engineering components that convert raw data into usable insights
• Applying GCP services and Gen AI techniques to support modern data solution design and implementation
• Interpreting complex business and technical requirements to shape data architecture and delivery plans
• Collaborating with client stakeholders to clarify needs, surface risks, and adjust workstream priorities
• Reviewing deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project objectives and technical standards
• Supporting data modeling, data quality, and performance tuning activities across enterprise data environments
• Guiding junior team members through task execution, issue resolution, and technical problem solving

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
• Demonstrating experience with generative AI and GCP data engineering solutions
• Leveraging data modernization methods across client engagement workstreams
• Interpreting complex data to inform recommendations and delivery choices
• Navigating ambiguity while managing shifting client and team priorities
• Mentoring junior team members through technical problem-solving and feedback
