Request Name- Technical Architect POD Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have • Experience - 12+ years in software development using Microsoft Technologies with 5+ years in AI/ML and Python • Expert in Python • AI Agents - Hands-on experience building production AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom frameworks • LLMs - Deep experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and open-source LLMs • RAG- End-to-end RAG pipeline design — embeddings, vector stores, chunking, reranking • Prompt Engineering - Advanced prompt design — system prompts, few-shot, CoT, function calling, structured outputs • ML Frameworks - PyTorch or TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers • NLP- Text classification, NER, summarization, semantic search, sentiment analysis • APIs - FastAPI or Flask — building production REST/GraphQL APIs for AI services • Databases - PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Redis, and vector databases (Pinecone/AI Search) • Cloud- Azure AI Services • DevOps- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitHub Actions • MLOps- MLflow, experiment tracking, model registry, monitoring • Version Control- Git, GitHub/GitLab, branching strategies, code review • Testing- pytest, AI evaluation frameworks, unit/integration/E2E testing
