Job Description

In this role, you'll create, review and localise multilingual content while working at the heart of our AI content pipeline: writing and refining AI-generated English copy, reviewing machine-translated Hungarian to native standard within fast turnaround targets, and feeding every correction back into translation memory, glossaries and prompts so the system measurably improves with each cycle.

The focus is on language quality, speed, accuracy, governance and operational efficiency, with your linguistic judgment serving as the quality benchmark.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the native linguist reviewer for Hungarian-language content in our automated pipeline, editing AI-translated copy to a natural, on-brand standard within agreed review SLAs (24–48 hours).

• Apply transcreation techniques where appropriate to ensure translated content reads naturally and maintains intended meaning, tone and brand consistency.

• Own and maintain Hungarian-language translation memories, glossaries and style guides across assigned brands.

• Ensure Hungarian-language content is linguistically accurate, culturally appropriate and aligned with applicable compliance requirements.

• Review and polish AI-generated English content before it enters the translation pipeline; quality at source multiplies across every language and content stream.

• Translate briefs and campaign objectives into clear, structured source content that localises effectively across multiple languages.

• Develop and refine prompts to generate high-quality content, and build a library of reusable prompt frameworks for consistent tone, terminology and brand alignment across languages, channels and content types.

• Optimise prompting techniques to influence tone, format, length, compliance sensitivity and localisation nuances, ensuring outputs meet both quality and regulatory standards.

• Continuously test new models and prompting strategies to improve quality, speed and scalability, contributing to best practices and team knowledge sharing.

• Run QA checks (terminology, formatting, accuracy and semantic fidelity) supported by automated tools.

• Close the loop by logging recurring AI errors and feeding corrections back into translation memories, glossaries and prompt instructions so first-pass quality improves measurably over time.

• Use content performance insights to improve language clarity, content quality and communication effectiveness across channels.

• Monitor throughput, turnaround time, reuse percentage and translation cost metrics; maintain strong governance across tone of voice, terminology and brand alignment.

• Coordinate localisation activities with internal teams and external agency partners across multiple languages and regions.

• Maintain a centralised content hub with clear structures, rules and version control across all supported languages.

• Support onboarding and rollout of new tools, workflows and TMS features, including automated publishing and workflow optimisation initiatives.

• Work with AI-enabled creative teams to ensure content and visual assets remain aligned across channels and user experiences.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Hungarian language skills required, with experience producing multilingual content and maintaining linguistic quality across digital channels.

• Professional-level English copywriting skills. You can originate high-quality English content, not just review or edit it.

• Skilled in prompting, reviewing and editing AI-generated content.

• Experience working with localisation platforms, translation memories and multilingual content workflows.

• Experience applying tone-of-voice guidelines and maintaining content governance at scale.

• Ability to perform QA reviews using both manual oversight and automated tools.

• Comfortable managing multilingual content pipelines in a fast-paced, complex and multi-brand environment.

• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to deliver with speed and precision.

• Familiarity with LLM-based translation pipelines, prompt engineering or transcreation workflows.

• Additional Central European, Scandinavian or Asian language skills are considered an advantage.
