Job Title Global Emerging Markets Corporate Financing

Corporate Title Director, Trading

Location New York, United States

You will join the Global Emerging Markets (GEM) LatAm franchise, based in New York. You will be responsible for analytical, portfolio management services and credit work on new transactions for the GEM Corporate Credit business You will be expected to have an entrepreneurial spirit, building out the success of the GEM Financing franchise expansion. You will be required to collaborate across infrastructure functions including finance, technology, and risk.

What You’ll Do

  • Overall portfolio monitoring for our Credit Financing business
  • Credit analysis related work to support new execution of financing transactions
  • Feed the covenant monitoring tool and ensure transaction feed on a timely manner – From deal pitch to completion stage
  • Ongoing monitoring of covenants / information undertaking for all deals in the portfolio
  • Quarterly portfolio of CRM (Credit Risk Management) review deck
  • Work proactively with internal teams for Credit approvals on current portfolio deals

  • Maintain confidentiality while working with senior level management
  • Lead with the capacity to take initiative as well as assume responsibility
  • Create a positive and effective work environment conductive to open communications, taking initiative, and collaborative problem-solving team culture

  • Modelling skillset
  • Credit due diligence proven experience
  • Credit documentation proven experience

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $190,000 to $300,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
