The Small Uncrewed Engines Systems Engineering Team seeks an experienced Weapon System Integration (WSI) Lead to provide technical leadership for all integration activities supporting the GEK800 propulsion system. This role owns all functional and physical interface requirements between the GEK800 propulsion system and weapon system airframes, including mechanical, electrical, fluid, thermal, and control interfaces.
You will serve as the primary technical interface with weapon system integrators, airframe manufacturers, and Department of War customers, ensuring seamless propulsion system integration. A key responsibility is ownership of the Airframe Interface Control Model (AICM) within the CAMEO Model-Based Systems Engineering environment.
Travel approximately once every 4-5 weeks (2-3 days) to customer and partner sites.

Lead weapon system integration for critical Department of War programs with direct national security impact. Own and advance Model-Based Systems Engineering practices using cutting-edge CAMEO tools and digital engineering.
