Staff - People Advisory Services (PAS) MENA
The Staff role within People Advisory Services (PAS) MENA supports engagement delivery and operational activities across multiple service offerings.
The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams while maintaining EY quality, risk, and compliance standards.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Support the delivery of PAS engagements across multiple competencies.
• Assist with engagement setup, maintenance, and closure activities in EY systems.
• Coordinate with onshore MENA teams, GDS teams, and internal stakeholders to support engagement requirements and operational requests.
• Assist in engagement financial management activities, including budget monitoring, invoice processing, reporting, and tracking of engagement actuals.
• Support billing, vendor management, and operational processes to ensure timely completion of engagement requirements.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities while maintaining the accuracy of engagement records and trackers.
• Support risk and compliance requirements, including documentation gathering, monitoring of approvals, and maintenance of engagement-related records.
• Monitor assigned tasks and deadlines, proactively escalating issues, risks, or concerns to senior team members when necessary.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with managers, engagement teams, and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to support engagement management and decision-making.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and standardization efforts within the team.
• Support onboarding and knowledge transition activities as required.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree (Graduate) in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in professional services, consulting, shared services, operations, finance, or a similar environment. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn EY systems, policies, and engagement management processes.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
