ServiceNow Senior Consultant / Developer

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) - Philippines

EY GDS is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Consultant / Developer to join our growing ServiceNow practice. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with global teams and client stakeholders to deliver business value and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, and SPM.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and platform designs.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, integrations, workflows, catalogs, portals, and automations.
• Build integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other APIs.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution workshops, and design discussions.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, best practices, and governance requirements.
• Lead development workstreams and mentor junior developers and consultants.
• Support estimation, solutioning, and proposal activities for new opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, IntegrationHub, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Experience implementing one or more ServiceNow products such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, or SPM.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Experience leading developers or technical workstreams.
