Job Description

What you´ll do

  • Executing product analysis and testing, focusing on
    product development projects for the automotive industry
  • Documenting progress and results meticulously
    within lab systems
  • Organize, record, and present data from experiments
    and testing while identifying opportunities for new technology, product
    enhancements, and performance improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all environmental, health,
    and safety regulations while handling products, maintaining laboratory and
    storage areas, and managing equipment
  • Perform data analysis, draw insightful conclusions,
    and make informed experimental recommendations
  • Provide support to manufacturing teams to ensure
    the consistent delivery of quality products
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders
    (production plant, sales, application development) leveraging their feedback to
    optimize processes and meet customer requirements

What makes you a good fit

  • Graduation Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Experience in the chemical industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret experimental data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High learning agility, adaptability, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Strong enthusiasm for technology and innovation, with a passion for working in dynamic and diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results and continuous improvement.
