Key Responsibilities
• Consult European HR and payroll stakeholders on SAP Payroll European (Spain, Belgium) requirements
• Design and implement Europe specific payroll schemas, rules, and calculations
• Customize SAP Payroll and develop enhancements using ABAP / ABAP OO
• Ensure solution quality via testing, payroll validation, and production support
• Work in an Agile / DevOps setup within a global HR Solutions product team
• Support S/4HANA Payroll evolution and automation initiatives

Required Profile
• Several years of hands on experience in SAP Payroll Europe, ideally S/4HANA / H4S4
• Ideally: Knowledge of Spanish and/or Belgium payroll legislation and processes (gross to net, schemas, PCRs)
• Solid ABAP / ABAP OO and payroll customizing skills
• Experience supporting Germany from an offshore (India) setup
• Fluent English; German is a plus
