At AstraZeneca, we are seeking a GCS Content Delivery Manager to join our GCS Commercial Services team in Bogotá, Colombia In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of content production projects across Latin America, partnering with Digital Leads, Brand Teams, and global stakeholders to ensure high-quality content is delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

As a key member of the Content & Omnichannel organization, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of GCS Production and Creative Services, coordinating internal and external partners, and continuously improving content delivery processes that support customer-centric omnichannel engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Content Delivery: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of content production projects across LatAm markets, managing timelines, priorities, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with Digital Leads, Brand Leads, and Local Marketing teams to understand business needs, align service delivery, and provide strategic guidance throughout the content production lifecycle.

  • Content Operations Management: Oversee the production, assembly, and delivery of digital content for AstraZeneca web portals and in-market creative studio initiatives, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across multiple omnichannel formats.

  • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Collaborate with outsourced suppliers, global content partners, and procurement teams to optimize operational performance, maintain delivery standards, and maximize the value of external partnerships.

  • Service Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Monitor service performance, delivery KPIs, and operational metrics while gathering stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for process optimization and enhanced customer satisfaction.

  • Change Management & Regional Deployment: Support the implementation and adoption of GCS Production and Creative Services across Latin America, facilitating change management initiatives and helping markets transition to new content delivery models and processes.

  • Financial & Operational Oversight: Ensure accurate financial tracking for local and shared services while providing visibility into delivery volumes, service levels, and overall operational performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

  • Experience in content production, marketing operations, or omnichannel content delivery.

  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams across regional or global organizations.

  • Business English proficiency (written and spoken).

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

  • Experience working with external agencies, vendors, or outsourcing partners is preferred.

  • Strong digital and collaborative skills: Teams, Copilot, AZChatGPT, PowerPoint, Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in local and/or global Brand Marketing.

  • Digital Marketing experience.

  • Experience managing financial performance and operational budgets.

  • Previous experience within GCS or similar Marketing Operations organizations.

  • Familiarity with content management, creative production, and omnichannel marketing ecosystems.
