We are looking for an experienced GCP Data Architect to design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms on Google Cloud. This role will drive architecture decisions, enable data-driven solutions, and ensure best practices across data engineering and analytics ecosystems.
Design and implement scalable data architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Build and optimize batch and real-time data pipelines using:
Google Cloud Dataflow
Google Cloud Pub/Sub
BigQuery
Architect and manage data storage solutions using:
Google Cloud Storage (GCS)
BigQuery
Cloud SQL / Firestore
Develop robust data models and data warehousing solutions (OLTP/OLAP).
Lead data integration and ETL/ELT frameworks ensuring performance and scalability.
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across systems.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to translate requirements into solutions.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and define engineering standards.
Stay updated with evolving GCP services, architecture patterns, and best practices.
10+ years in Data Engineering / Data Architecture
Strong hands-on experience in GCP ecosystem
