Job Description

The Junior CRO will serve as a key execution and operational support partner to the GCIB Productivity & Innovation (P&I) Executive and Chief Resource Officers (CROs). This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage day-to-day operational tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistency and follow-through across global stakeholders.

The Junior CRO will work closely with senior leadership, CROs, regional teams, JTSD, COO and technology partners, while owning several critical operational processes end-to-end.

  • GCIB Productivity & Innovation Executive and CRO Support
    • Engage with the GCIB P&I Executive and provide day-to-day operational support
    • Deliver operational support for CROs (team coordination, materials reviews, team logistics, etc.)
    • Coordinate with Tech Development teams (Web and Mobile) to troubleshoot and resolve user issues for CROs and A&As in a timely manner
    • Support the P&I COO to serve as the primary point of contact for global requests from Group Heads, CROs, COO, JTSD, and other stakeholders
    • Cover for CROs while on vacation / sick / parental leave
  • Banker Diary Administration, Enablement & Enhancement
    • Manage onboarding for Banker Diary users, including full-time employees, summer interns, long-term interns and early starts
    • Manually provision access when required, including submitting ARM requests and mapping users to appropriate Banker Diary groups
    • Manage access changes for employees returning from leaves of absence
    • Conduct refresher trainings and ongoing enablement sessions for A&As to ensure consistent and effective use of the platform
    • Support the GCIB P&I Executive and the P&I COO to implement enhancements to the Banker Diary platform
    • Partner with the P&I COO and JTSD team in implementing and closing control enhancements identified through targeted risk assessments
  • P&I CRO Workstreams Oversight
    • Own and maintain the P&I CRO Workstreams Tracker as the central repository for GCIB P&I execution
    • Ensure the tracker serves as a reliable, up-to-date view of priorities, progress and ownership for senior leadership
    • Regularly review, update and standardize inputs to ensure consistency and clarity across workstreams
    • Proactively follow up with CROs and other stakeholders to gather missing updates or improve the level of detail provided
  • Critical Applications Oversight
    • Coordinate with CROs and P&I COO to conduct routine access and usage reviews across designated critical applications
    • Identify users with low or no activity and remove access where appropriate
    • Reassign licenses to new or active users to ensure efficient use of resources
    • Maintain documentation and controls around access management in line with internal policies
