As part of the international sales function, you will engage with parents and students across GCC markets, understand their learning needs, and recommend suitable online education programs. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales conversations with customers across GCC regions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable online learning programs based on their goals.
- Drive conversions through consultative selling, relationship management, and effective communication.
- Build trust with parents and learners by clearly explaining program benefits and learning outcomes.
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and customer engagement.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, update sales activities, and manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on program offerings and market trends.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while handling objections and negotiations professionally.
- Contribute to overall revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and customer retention.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, International Sales, Business Development, or EdTech sales roles.
- Exposure to GCC markets or international customer interactions is an added advantage.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with global customers.
- Malayalam speaking ability is mandatory for this role.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced sales environment.
- Passion for education, online learning, and customer engagement.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow in a high-performance sales culture.
