岗位职责：
1. 制定并执行可靠性测试方案，包括加速寿命测试、环境应力试验、HALT测试等。
2. 参与产品设计评审，从可靠性角度提出设计优化建议。
3. 负责可靠性相关标准研究及技术平台建设工作。
4. 持续跟踪产品市场可靠性表现，支持市场可靠性相关的技术问题
任职要求：
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，电气工程，电力电子，电子信息、材料科学、自动化或相关专业。
2. 了解可靠性工程理论与方法，了解常见失效机理及失效分析方法，具备一定的数据统计分析能力。
3. 熟悉环境试验标准（如IEC、MIL、GB等），具备可靠性测试或认证经验。
4. 具备良好的逻辑分析能力和问题解决能力，工作严谨细致。
5. 具备良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力。
