Golf Course Concessions Attendant
**To include Beverage Cart, Gold House and Practice Facility**
The Greg Mastriona Golf Courses at Hyland Hills
Westminster, CO 80031
Part-Time | Seasonal (March – October 2026)
Positions & Pay:
- Beverage Cart Driver – $12.14/hr + tips
- Gold House Attendant – $13.00/hr + tips
- Practice Facility Attendant – $15.00/hr + tips
Reports To: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Position Summary
The Golf Course Concessions Attendant is responsible for delivering excellent guest service while operating gold house concessions, beverage cart services, and/or practice facility operations. This position greets guests, processes transactions through the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, verifies payment, and helps ensure an enjoyable experience at the South Par 3 course and driving range.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional service to all guests.
- Operate POS system and accurately process food and beverage transactions.
- Verify identification for age-restricted purchases, including alcohol.
- Check in guests and confirm payment for the South Par 3 course.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts during and at the end of each shift.
- Complete inventory sheets to assist with restocking.
- Follow all Adams County food safety regulations, including required temperature and sanitation checks throughout each shift.
- Ensure concession areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Secure concession areas and set alarms at closing.
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Notify supervisor when assistance is needed with guest concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required (for applicable positions).
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle (for applicable positions).
- Basic proficiency using an iPad or desktop computer.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Ability to maintain a positive and courteous demeanor with guests.
- Must obtain TiPS Certification within 30 days of hire.
- Familiarity with AED operation preferred.
Working Environment & Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, dust, and seasonal cottonwood.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or food and beverage experience preferred but not required.
