British American Tobacco POLAND has an exciting opportunity for a GBS TRANSITION PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a GBS Transition Project Manager who will provide focused leadership in terms of Expansion projects across all functions in conjunction with the BPO to drive the overall GBS Strategic Agenda across all regions and accelerate the BAT transformation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external collaborators to ensure successful execution of the GBS expansion agenda
  • Monitor, track, and report project progress, including timelines, key changes, and associated business impacts
  • Act as a key liaison between internal and external collaborators, ensuring timely resolution of project challenges and risks
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a high-pressure environment, aligning delivery with GBS expansion targets
  • Engage and coordinate with collaborators across regions and time zones, maintaining flexibility in working hours
  • Apply understanding of engagement center operations, solutions, and knowledge transition to support project delivery
  • Use strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues and present clear, data-based updates
  • Drive continuous improvement by seeing opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within GBS project management processes

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry experience with strong exposure to global engagement centre or shared services operations
  • Proven hands-on experience managing stakeholders across regions, handling competing timelines, and operating effectively under pressure with flexibility in working hours
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality, governance, and timely delivery
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capability, with confidence in interacting and influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of engagement centre operations, service delivery models, and knowledge transition practices
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proactive attitude and ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and structured insights
  • Self-motivated and resilient individual with strong ownership mentality, capable of operating in fast-paced, complex global environments while building effective relationships
