How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The GBS SNow Solution Owner is responsible for consolidating GBS business needs, defining and driving the products’ roadmaps, prioritizing developments with the primary goals to deliver business value and meet users and internal stakeholders expectations.
The solution owner will work closely with the business stakeholders of its stream (GPO, service delivery, Tower head and Operations) and will also work hand in hand with IT partners and DDS CF in a product mode. The solution owner will rely on local subject matter experts (local key users) to drive adoption and ensure change management.
1. Strategic Solution Roadmap
Propose, define, and drive the ServiceNow solution roadmap, aligning it with global business strategies
Partner with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to support the definition and integration of domain-specific roadmaps
2. Value Delivery & Performance
Define, track, and optimize value generation metrics within the scope of the solution
Analyze performance data and build insightful dashboards to ensure continuous improvement and ROI
3. User Adoption & Change Management
Own and monitor user adoption metrics throughout the entire lifecycle of the solution
Establish clear adoption KPIs and coordinate end-to-end testing processes (UAT)
Collaborate with local key users to guarantee smooth transition and change management across regions
4. Demand (DMND) & Evolution Management
Act as the strategic second-level filter for IT and business needs, prioritizing the backlog based on business impact and feasibility
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for agile IT delivery teams

ServiceNow Expertise:Deep technical and functional understanding of the ServiceNow platform (Certifications such as CSA- Certified System Administrator or CIS- Certified Implementation Specialist are highly recommended)
Frameworks & Methodologies:Proficiency in ITILand Agile(Scrum / SAFe) methodologies
Process Vision:Strong business-process-oriented vision, with a focus on Back Office and Shared Services (GBS) ecosystems
Data & Analytics:Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex performance data and create actionable dashboards
