Job Description:

Job Summary

This position is responsible for administering employee garnishment deductions for UPS U.S. employees. The role partners with internal teams, government agencies, courts, and external vendors to ensure garnishment orders are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, validate, and process employee garnishment orders for U.S. employees.
  • Set up, update, and terminate garnishment deductions in payroll systems.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local garnishment requirements.
  • Research and resolve garnishment inquiries from employees, agencies, courts, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor deduction accuracy and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Maintain employee records and supporting documentation.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Support payroll audits and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate to Advanced English level (Required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in payroll, finance, or compliance-related processes (Preferred).
  • Experience working with garnishments, payroll deductions, or U.S. payroll processes (Preferred).

Grade: 7

Hybrid: Office and Home office

Schedule: 7am-4pm
