Descripción del cargo

Esta posición es responsable del procesamiento de ajustes de cargos, creación y distribución de diversos reportes. Apoyar la auditoría del proceso y consultas o revisiones necesarias. Se requieren fuertes habilidades de análisis y atención al detalle, asegurando que se cumplen los parámetros y criterios del área en cada actividad.

Responsabilidades

  • Facturación de cargos derivados del envío de los paquetes.

  • Preparación de reportes semanales y mensuales, análisis y validación de soportes y documentos.

  • Asegurarse de que los diferentes reportes y atención a los clientes se transmiten de forma exacta y precisa.

  • Identificar, analizar y resolver errores, mejoras requeridas y disputas presentadas.

  • Realizar las actividades dentro de los tiempos de cumplimiento de acuerdo al compromiso de atención de las solicitudes y clientes internos y externos.

Cualificaciones

  • Tecnico, Tecnologo, Profesional en carrera Administrativo, Contabilidad, Finanzas, Negocios

  • Excelente comunicación asertiva verbal y escrita

  • Habilidades en el manejo de programas Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, y Excel

  • Experiencia requerida menos de 1 año

  • Preferible: Experiencia específica en áreas relacionadas WWF, facturación y contabilidad

  • Nivel de ingles: 75%
