Coordinate and check all operational processes are performed in a timely manner, according to SLA and global guidelines. Support the manager with team member’s development

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate and participate alongside the Manager in the team’s development as well as in all the assessment cycle (PEM, CMC) providing valuable feedback as needed.
• Actively participate in the recruitment process according to the team's needs
• Coordinate and assign tasks within the team, ensure tools work as expected. Closely monitor KPIs to guarantee goals are met.
• First level of escalation process for issues/inquiries regarding processes
• Participate and follow up in projects when team is involved, supporting with the implementation.
• Promote/participate innovation and tech projects, following up with meetings, proposing ideas or supporting with best practices & lessons learnt.
• Review and supervision of daily tasks in the area (Get Paid worklist, monitoring of overdue by BU, cleanup of old items, shared mailboxes).
• Check issues/topics may arise are followed, validate, and promote new practices, solutions.
• Coordinate activities with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure the smooth running of End-to-end processes

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or comparable.
• Min 5 to 8 years of professional experience in finance or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced global environment
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

Technical Skills

• Advance Microsoft Office tools and SAP advance, basic/intermediate PowerBI
