The Opportunity – Gaza HR Officer
Post location:This is a Gaza Field Office role; however, the duty station can be based in either Gaza or Ramallah (preferably Gaza).
Contract Duration and Level of Effort: until end of December 2026
ROLE PURPOSE:
The role holder will provide generalist HR support to the Gaza FO, including but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, and compensation and benefits, across the full range of HR processes within the candidate and employee lifecycle and induction process.
They will also be responsible for continuously improving HR processes and systems in partnership with main office colleagues.
In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.
