Our Gatehouse Attendants make a significant impact through the work they do, such as:

• Respond to alarms and emergency situations.

• Make periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire controlequipment.

• Greet incoming guests and tenants, providing information regarding the site and surroundingarea as requested by visitors.

• Guard and monitor premises to prevent theft, property destruction, violence, or rule and safetyviolations.

• Perform fire prevention, safety, and maintenance tasks, and parking/ traffic enforcement

Qualifications

Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.

• Professional customer service skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented,and a team player.

• Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.

• Time management and time-critical prioritization skills.
