Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Gastroenterology Specialist with an active Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license to join our medical team. The specialist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing complex gastrointestinal diseases, ensuring high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.

The role involves performing advanced endoscopic procedures, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and contributing to ongoing clinical research and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, diagnostics, and treatment strategies for gastrointestinal diseases.
• Perform both diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures with precision and care.
• Develop tailored treatment plans and provide follow-up care to ensure patient progress.
• Educate patients regarding their conditions, preventive measures, and health management.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive patient records compliant with DHA requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to clinical research.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Medical degree with a specialization in Gastroenterology.
• Valid and current Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-specialization clinical experience.
• Proficient in performing advanced endoscopic diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and medical education.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage.
