
Mayo Clinic in Florida is seeking an academic Gastroenterologist to join our growing practice in Jacksonville. Candidates must be board‑certified or board‑eligible in Gastroenterology (non-interventional endoscopist). The ideal candidate will have expertise in gastroenterology with a particular emphasis on early cancer detection and interception, management of pre-cancerous conditions (e.g. Barrett's esophagus, pancreatic cystic neoplasia, and/or atrophic gastritis/intestinal metaplasia). This role offers a unique opportunity to help build and advance a comprehensive program focused on the management of MCED (multi-cancer early detection test), management of chemotherapy related complications (e.g. ICI-GI complications), delivering exceptional, patient‑centered care across the full spectrum of gastrointestinal disease.
