
The Division of Gastroenterology, Department of Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), is seeking to hire a Gastroenterologist/Hepatologist at the Instructor or Assistant Professor level to join an expanding 50-member faculty practice.
The position will be based at the Boston Campus of BIDMC with a full-time academic appointment at Harvard Medical School.

Requirements: Successful applicants will be fully trained and Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology and interested in developing a career in academic Gastroenterology, with additional training in Hepatology.
The Division of Gastroenterology in the Department of Medicine at BIDMC are seeking candidates for a full-time position in clinical general GI to develop a practice within a growing and dynamic community institution. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate seeking to develop a career in general GI in a community based practice.
Responsibilities will include outpatient consultations and endoscopy procedures at the main campus (BIDMC), as well as attending on the gastroenterology inpatient services at BIDMC The applicant is expected to be actively engaged in all aspects of community based care models.

Pay Range:
$170,000 - $603,000
The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
