Department Overview
PG&E’s Gas Transmission and Distribution organization are focused on ensuring the safe and reliable flow of natural gas to our customers. The Organizations are responsible for all aspects of PG&E’s gas distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, restoration, and emergency response.
Engineering Interns will have the opportunity to participate in the Summer Intern Program designed to help students gain valuable knowledge and experience in either PG&E’s Gas Operations or Gas Engineering. Each engineering intern will be placed in a specific department within Gas Operations or Gas Engineering and will be expected to contribute as a valuable team member.
PG&E is providing the hourly rate range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual hourly rate paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.
The hourly rate is from $24.52 to $35.37.
