Savannah River National Laboratory is seeking qualified Chemical Engineers or Mechanical Engineers to support both ongoing and new missions for the Gas Transfer Systems Technology Group.
The position will provide engineering expertise to support Lifetime Extension Program Development Tasks and Reservoir Surveillance Activities and Reporting for the Gas Transfer Systems Technology Group in SRNL.
The selected candidates will collaborate on a team to conduct the assigned technical work. Ability to interpret technical data and writing technical reports, and peer reviewed publications is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS, + 4-6 yrs; MS + 3-5 yrs; PhD + 2-4 yrs of relevant experience in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in gas handling, vacuum systems, pressure systems and/or piping systems is highly desirable.
