Job Title: Gas Engineer
Location: London (Office based in Wimbledon)

Rate: £29 per hour (first week), rising to £33 per hour thereafter

About the Role

We are recruiting for a skilled and experienced Gas Engineer This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering a competitive rate and the chance to secure long-term employment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fault finding, repairs, servicing, and installation of domestic boilers and heating systems across London.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults on domestic boilers and heating systems

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and installation work

• Ensure all work meets Gas Safe regulations and relevant safety standards

• Attend callouts and emergency breakdowns promptly

• Keep accurate records of all jobs completed

• Liaise with clients, tenants, and the Snowik office team in Wimbledon

• Work independently to manage workload and deadlines

Requirements

• Gas Safe registered

• NVQ - Plumbing and Heating

• Proven experience in boiler fault finding and repairs (domestic + commercial)

• Relevant ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, etc.)

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Full UK driving licence

• Own tools (specialist equipment supplied where necessary)

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
