Job Description

Key responsibilities include

  • Lead, mentor, and develop frontline team members, fostering a positive, inclusive, and performance‑driven culture
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Under the direction of the Gas Bar Manager, the Supervisor will assist with talent management processes for their respective team members
  • Ensure compliance with fuel handling regulations, hazardous goods requirements, and safety and health legislation
  • Manage inventory for fuel, convenience store products, supplies, and propane exchange—ensuring accuracy, availability, and asset protection

Who you are:

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

  • Strong understanding of fuel handling regulations, workplace safety, and operational best practices

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a Team

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

  • Proven effective communication skills; both verbal and written

  • Experience in a Co-op retail environment preferred
