Job Description
Reporting to the Gas Bar Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Delta Co-op vision, mission, values, and safety principles to be effective in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
- Engage and interact with guests to create a positive experience
- Provide pump service; dispense fuel and propane.
- Maintain standards in marketing and merchandising.
- Administration responsibilities including cash outs, lotteries, till operations.
- Clean, fill and maintain all machines, example: Coffee.
- Perform all necessary daily reconciliations and reports.
- To be familiar with and adhere to all Delta Co-op policies and procedures and be responsible in the areas of loss prevention.

- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (excel/word) an asset.
- You have POS experience and can work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
- You must be able to obtain WHMIS and propane dispensing certification.
- You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Previous leadership experience an asset.
