?About the Role ?

The Garment Product Inspection Auditor is responsible for the quality assurance of garment construction from pre-production through final inspection. This role ensures all high-end garments meet company standards and specifications, maintaining consistently high quality throughout the inspection process.

Key Responsibilities ?

• Measure and inspect high-end garments to confirm they meet approved specifications and target measurements.
  ?

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards for garment production.
  
  

• Work daily with the production team to identify and call out production issues.
  ?

• Notify the Production Lead/Manager/Supervisor when production does not meet quality expectations and communicate any production rejections.
  ?

Qualifications ?

• Must know how to measure and inspect high-end garments.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability and willingness to learn new skills/processes and continuously improve current skills.

Requirements ?

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in textiles or fashion design preferred.

• Experience in textile factories, weaving companies, or garment production environments.

• Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective interpersonal skills and high attention to detail with a commitment to excellence.
