About the Role

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for working alongside a team to maintain and enhance green spaces across our various council-controlled roadsides and open spaces within Northern Gold Coast, Southern Brisbane and Ipswich

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

• Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
• Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
• Complete service requests as required
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in gardening, spraying, brush cutting and zero turn mowing
• Valid Manual Drivers Licence
• White Card
• ACDC highly regarded
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
• Be punctual and reliable
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
• Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
