We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Gardener to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.

What You’ll Do

• Completes assigned grounds maintenance work and ensures quality results.
• Mows lawns, edges sidewalks, and maintains landscaping areas.
• Prunes trees, trims shrubs, and cleans lawns, streets, gutters, and drains.
• Assists with sprinkler repairs, equipment maintenance, and moving furniture or equipment.
• Drives vehicles, supports special events, and follows safety practices.

QualificationsWhat You Bring

• Minimum three (3) months of experience in ground maintenance.
• Knowledge of proper operation of mechanical gardening equipment.
• Valid California driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong organization and follow-up with written and verbal work requests.
• Skilled in using hand/power tools, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
