About the role:

As a Gardener, you will be responsible for providing gardening support to our clients at their homes. You are someone who has their own vehicle which is able to transport some gardening equipment and tools (must have your own), can travel in and around, between client homes throughout the day and is passionate and understanding for providing support to the elderly that require assistance.

This is a casual position working directly for Luxe Care, supporting our North West Region (Preston, Essendon, Northcote, Heidelberg, Reservoir etc) We are seeking someone who is available to work between 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required when needed.

We are looking for people who have experience:

• General garden maintenance - hedging, pruning of trees and shrubs, lawn mowing and edging
• Weed control
• Fertilising and mulching
• Planting and laying turf
• General gardening maintenance

About you:

• A current driver’s license, access to a registered, insured and well-presented car is a must for this job
• Much have your own gardening equipment and tools
• Previous gardening experience (experienced gardener)
• Must be able to work independently
• Trade background/qualifications preferred
• Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft suite and asset management/ordering systems and have access to a smartphone
• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills

• Working with Children Check (WWCC) Mandatory
• Level 2 First Aid Certificate (Mandatory)
