About the Role

Valoris Group is recruiting for a Gardener for our client in London. This temp-to-perm role focuses on external garden maintenance and trimming no landscaping work is required.

The position offers year-round employment. During the off-season, other work may be available for candidates with additional skills such as handyman, basic repairs, or general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out trimming, pruning, and general external garden maintenance

• Maintain hedges, shrubs, and outdoor spaces to a high standard

• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely

• Work independently and manage daily schedules efficiently

• Ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy

Requirements

• Proven experience in gardening or grounds maintenance

• Skilled in external trimming and general garden upkeep

• Ability to operate garden tools and machinery

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Additional trade or maintenance skills are highly desirable for off-season work

• Full UK driving licence preferred

• Own tools
