
About the role
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Garden Services Apprentice to join our team covering Stockport and the surrounding areas. This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm.
As a Garden Services Apprentice, you will be supported by experienced Guinness colleagues while developing your skills in grounds maintenance and estate services. You will complete your apprenticeship milestones through the Apprenticeship Academy and will be given dedicated study time to support your learning and progress, working towards a Level 2 Horticulture Apprenticeship qualification over a two year period.
The salary is dependent on your age, and is above Government recommendations for National Minimum Wage and Living Wage -
The successful candidate will assist in the provision of a high-quality estate services including gardening, grounds maintenance and professional cleaning.

You will need to demonstrate good communication skills anddevelop positive working relationships with residents, colleagues, and contractors. You will operate, store, and maintain equipment to comply with Health and Safety procedures including COSHH, PPE and prompt reporting of incidents on site.
