Then you are exactly who we´re looking for! We are seeking an experienced Garage Support Representative (m/f/d) who wants to take their expertise from the workshop into an exciting new direction and to take the next step in their career.

Use your expertise and become a part of our team, where each colleague shares an automotive background, whether as a mechanic, mechatronics expert, or in other specialized fields, covering various vehicle manufacturers. The tasks are diverse - beyond core responsibilities, you'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from different departments, adding even more variety to your daily work routine. This is a full-time position with a workload of 40 hours per week with specific working schedule.

Responsibilities: 

Working alongside your experienced team, you ensure that we can provide our workshop customers with technical support for their requests.

• Provide real-time assistance to mechanics in resolving complex faults related to vehicle electronics (CAN networks, sensors, actuators, control units, etc.) using advanced diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes and scan tools.
• Apply advanced diagnostic methodology and use specialized technological tools.
• Analyze failure patterns and propose effective solutions based on experience, data, and technology.
• Participate in internal continuing education sessions and contribute to the creation of technical content.
• Interact with digital platforms developed by our company, such as intelligent databases and guided technical assistance systems.

Your Qualification:

• Technical training in electromechanics, advanced automotive technician certification, or a degree in automotive engineering.
• +3 years of experience in advanced diagnostics in workshops or specialized technical services.
• Knowledge of various powertrain technologies, including conventional, hybrid, and electric vehicles.
• Proficiency in using automotive multimeters, scanners, and diagnostic software.
• Solid knowledge of modern vehicle electronic architecture and communication protocols. Previous experience in consulting, technical training, or remote support is a plus.
• You speak fluent Spanish and English (B2+); another language is a plus

⚖️ Balance job & life: Working hours are from 9 am to 2 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, with 60 per cent remote working and 40 per cent on-site at the Barcelona offices in Sant Andreu.
