HOURLY INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS

Manage the receiving, logging, sorting, scanning, indexing, retention, and secure destruction of gaming-related documents.

This position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate records and protecting sensitive company and patron information. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong accuracy, organizational skills, accountability, and the ability to manage high-volume documentation in a regulated environment

  • Receive gaming documents from Boyd Casino properties and designated departments
  • Log all incoming documents on the Delivery log, ensuring accurate date, source, and document type recording
  • Sort and organize gaming documents received from Boyd Casino properties
  • Scan physical gaming records into the designated computer system program
  • Accurately index and categorize scanned documents for electronic storage and retrieval
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure proper image clarity and correct indexing
  • Manage document retention in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Track retention schedules and identify records eligible for secure destruction.
  • Perform secure shredding of documents following approved retention and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed logs of document destruction for audit and compliance purposes
  • Assist with document retrieval requests and support internal or external audits
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive gaming, employee, and patron information
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information and report issues to supervisor.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2 years of document processing, records management, or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in a regulated environment (gaming, casino, financial services, compliance) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and high data entry accuracy
  • Proficiency with computers and document management systems
  • Familiarity with retention schedules and compliance procedures preferred
  • Ability to handle high-volume document processing
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and tracking skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
