Gaming Product Life Cycle Manager

This role leads the global Product, Solutions, and Services (PSS) strategy, ensuring plans, budgets, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives align with business objectives. The position drives product launch execution, marketing operations, customer segmentation, and sales enablement while partnering closely with senior market and sales leaders to accelerate growth and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and secure approval for global PS strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with business goals.
  • Work on all operational aspects to support the Gaming PLC strategy implementation at market level – example: MUST, PFVs, Heatmaps,…
  • Manage closely the relationship with the alliances teams to enable the best-in-class commodities roadmap
  • Master cost and work close with the PM team to validate cost assumptions at BOM level
  • Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to successfully launch products and solutions worldwide.
  • Mentor team members and provide leadership to ensure successful execution of strategic priorities.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, business strategy, or related functions.

The pay range for this role is$105,050to$161,800USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
