Position: Gaming Machine Support

Salary: £30,000

Location: South of England - This role is field based and will involve travel to different venues across our southern region.

A Full clean driving license is required for this position.

We have an opportunity for a Gaming Machine Support technician to join our Head Office team where you will support with overseeing all aspects of gaming machine logistics and performance. This includes managing installations and communicating with our venue teams.

About you:

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, and a tenacious approach with focus and determination to get the job done effectively.

• Full and Clean Driver’s License
• Flexibility – There will be some overnight stay required
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good time management.
• Ability to work under own initiative.
• Ability to develop positive relationships and work effectively with key stakeholders.
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills when required.

As part of the Gaming Support team, you will:

• Oversee machine logistics, installations, and relocations across all sites.
• Liaise with the Head of Gaming and venue teams to manage delivery, setup, and issue resolution
• Ensure all gaming machines meet legal and licensing requirements
• Review and optimise machine layouts to maximise performance.
• Support venues with training and technical guidance on income monitoring systems.
• Maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers and service contractors.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational standards are met.
