Reporting to the Head of Commercial within the Spanish Business Unit, the Gaming Commercial Manager will play a key role in driving and overseeing the Gaming proposition for our regulated Spanish portfolio.
The successful candidate will help ensure that our Gaming offering consistently meets the expectations and demands of the Spanish customer base, balancing long-term customer value with strong commercial performance and revenue optimisation across Casino, Live Casino, Slots and other Gaming verticals.
This role requires close collaboration with local teams across Campaigns, Marketing, CRM and Operations, as well as central functions including Compliance, Legal, Product Development, BI and external Gaming providers.
Together with senior stakeholders, the Gaming Commercial Manager will help shape and execute the commercial strategy across all Gaming products and brands operating in Spain, currently including William Hill and 888.
The role holder will be a subject matter expert in the Spanish Gaming landscape, customer behaviours, market trends and competitor propositions, ensuring our product and commercial strategy remains competitive, innovative and customer-centric.
A key aspect of the role will involve aligning promotional and customer engagement strategies around key commercial moments, seasonal campaigns and player behaviours, while also supporting initiatives that maximise customer value and improve retention.
