Gaming Attendant | < Insert Venue Name >

Kensington Tavern is seeking an energetic Gaming Attendant to join our busy front-of-house team. You will be the face of our fast-paced gaming room, delivering exceptional customer service, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining a welcoming lounge atmosphere.

To apply, you must be 18 years or older, hold a current QLD RSA and RSG and have great availability to work a flexible roster across days, nights ( including some late nights) weekends and public holidays. Prior experience in a busy gaming room is highly preferred, alongside a vibrant personality and a strong commitment to responsible gaming standards. A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant:

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

Qualifications

About you:

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
