Job Title: Gaming Attendant (Casual)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Pay Rate: $33.72 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) plus meal allowance when the shift is 5.5 hours or more.

Requirements: Must be over 18 years of age and hold a valid RSA & RCG.

The Gaming Attendant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service in the gaming area, while also assisting with food and beverage service as required. This role includes supporting gaming operations, maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Primary Purpose:

To provide a consistent and high-quality standard of service to all members and guests, creating a welcoming and positive experience within the gaming and hospitality areas.

• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Cash handling experience
• Knowledge of gaming regulations (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with gaming floor operations and patron support
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately when required
• Handle cash and card transactions correctly
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the gaming and service areas
• Monitor gaming activities and ensure compliance with all policies and legal requirements

Qualifications:

• Must be over 18 years of age
• Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certificate
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification preferred
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience advantageous but not essential
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
