GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

Gamification Developer

Site: Nova

Modality: WAHA

Mon to Fri at 8:00 to 18:00 hrs. (Hora Centro)

• The Content Designer will work with the Gamification team. The main responsibility is to create educational and informative content for internal audiencies. This includes but is not limited to:, support graphics for microlearnings, activities, badges, backgrounds, illustrations, general graphic design pieces, animations, etc. The Content Designer will ensure all content used for the Gamification platform complies with both Instructional Design and Graphic/Motion Design principles to ensure that the content is effective and visually appealing for the target audience in each case.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret content requests and transform them into effective material.
• Ensure employee satisfaction by delivering quality visual assets and creative solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintaining or exceeding department SLA by working in an efficient and agile manner, without compromising quality
• Create disruptive and innovative visual materials for learning content to enhance the end-user experience.
• Participate in Meetings/Webinars as needed to learn first-hand about the strategy and upcoming internal and external campaigns.
• Support seasonal provider campaigns by localizing and adapting materials to local needs, including but not limited to activities and badges.
• Translate learning objectives and needs as well as client requirements into purposeful designs.

Education and specific training

• Bachelor´s degree in Graphic/Web Design or similar degree.

Work Experience.

• At least 1 year experience in their Bachelor´s degree

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Animate, Premiere Rush, and others)

• 6 months in Contact Center or experience in similar position preferred.

• Portfolio available to share

Technical Skills

• Fluency in written and spoken English/Spanish

• Knowledge in eLearning technical process is an advantage

• Medium computer skills is required – MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

• Autonomy, pro-activity, creativity, dynamism, innovation • Has good presentation skills • Detail-oriented

• Can execute original design/artwork

• Proficient in technical/script-/copy writing

• Knowledge and application of VR / AR is preferred

• Prior management experience with the ability to lead a team in ITAL.

• Desired in Marketing administration.

• English Proficiency B2
