Seeking a bright, enthusiastic, sales-driven personality who is not afraid of being in front of an audience for a new gaming studio. MUST demonstrate sales experience in work history! Candidates who are unable to show relevant sales experience will not be considered. Portuguese and English required.

🎯 Responsibilities:

👥 Provide ongoing support and leadership to team members, encouraging growth and development

📚 Identify training needs and coordinate development with relevant departments

🔍 Ensure adherence to standards, values, and compliance protocols across the team

🧩 Requirements:

🇵🇹 Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1), with solid English skills (minimum B2)

📅 At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role

🎓 Degree in a management-related field is a plus

🎮 Experience in the gaming or live entertainment industry is a strong advantage

🧑‍💻 Proficient in productivity tools (MS Office or equivalent)

💬 Excellent communication and people management skills

⚖️ Skilled in conflict resolution and team development

⏱️ Strong organizational and time management abilities
